STANDARDS MANAGEMENT LEAD SPECIALIST (P2) Published on August 2, 2023 12:00 AM

Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Standards Management Division, the successful candidate is responsible in maintaining, interpreting, and developing NGCP's certification standards; compliance programs, design and coordination of policies, procedures, and other related materials to ensure that all departments uphold to the highest level of internal and external compliance for the company.
Functions are as follows:
1. Develops, administers, and continuously improves the standards and compliance policies aimed at ensuring acceptability of projects, supplies, services, equipment, tools, processes, and procedures.
2. Sets individual goals in support and alignment with strategic corporate objectives, department initiatives, and division and section targets.
3. Upholds integrity of quality assurance policies and objectivity of the performance metrics for standards and compliance programs.
4. Establishes rapport and partnership with stakeholders to ensure efficiency in the conduct of his/her roles and responsibilities.
5. Assists in the conceptualization, planning, and establishment of standards and compliance programs.
6. Supports in the (1) monitoring of the risk management activities and compliance with the risk management policies and programs in support to the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program, and (2) reporting of the relevant updates on the various risk management activities to the management.
7. Support the Division Head as the focal for the corporate implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), its activities/ initiatives, compliance/monitoring with the risk management policies and programs in support to the ERM program, and the preparation of reports due to Management/ CRMC and the BdAC/ Board.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1 . STANDARDS AND COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT Ensures the day-to-day implementation of standards and compliance programs through analysis, implementation of assigned projects and related administrative tasks.
2. STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT
Helps build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders relative to his/her functions.
3. TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
Provides expert knowledge and skills in the fields of standards and compliance programs associated with the company's assets, facilities, operations, and activities in line with the strategy and overall direction of the CCO.
4. SAFETY AND QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Ensures activities are fully compliant with NGCP safety and quality standards and policies.

Requirements: Qualifications:

At least two (2) years of satisfactory professional experience in implementing process improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, and exposure to business development programs At least two (2) years of engineering or operations experience Competencies: Knowledge in Project Management Comprehensive knowledge in Integrated Management Systems Intermediate knowledge in:  ISO standards including, but not limited to, Quality, Safety, Environment, and Risk Management (ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 31000); ? Philippine Laws and Regulations (in relation to NGCP's operations); ? Continuous improvement methodologies, business frameworks, and financial analysis Intermediate analytical and critical-thinking skills Intermediate organizational and management skills Ability to multi-skill and handle multiple assignments and tasks Exudes confidence and capable of working independently with minimal supervision Self-starter and able to generate new ideas and concepts Strong written and verbal communication skills Teamwork, cooperation, and collaboration Relationship Management skills (internal and external units) Integrity, honesty, and good work ethics Advance understanding of computer systems and software (including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Applications) Interested applicants are requested to send their updated resume to [email protected] .
