**PURPOSE**:This position exists to support/work with the Organization Change Management Lead, ERP Project Director, Outsourced ERP consultant and other relevant project members in the **_execution of change management activities especially in the stakeholder and communications scope._****MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:- Bachelors Degree of any four (4) year course- Experience in the telco industry and/or consulting firms will be an advantage.- At least 2 to 3 years working experience involving project and change management and transformation- Has experience facilitating workshops- Has experience in developing stakeholder relationships across different levels- Show knowledge and understanding of the Global/Philippine telco/ICT landscape such as products, services, operations, and competition- Exhibit acumen on operationalizing changes in wide-scale transformations**Technical Knowledge**:- Program Management and Project Lifecycle- Stakeholder Management- Journey and Change Management (e.g. knowledgeable on leading practices related to the Telco/ICT industry, etc.)- Business and functional acumen (e.g. Strategic thinking (Ops strategy, strategic planning, etc.)- Strategy execution (taking strategy to execution)- Understanding and deployment of leading industry change and project- Effectively facilitates discussions or presentations- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills- Applies skills on effective communication and active listening- Able to express themselves in English, both written and spoken- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office program**Behavioral Skills**:- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to influence, work in a team, manage conflicts or complex relationships- Innovative, adaptable, and agile to respond to changes through the use of creative solutions- Resilient with a growth and continuous improvement mindset to cope with pressure and setbacks- Proactive to make things happen and shows responsibility and accountability on agreed goals- Critical thinker- Lifelong learner- Attention to detail with good planning and organizational skills- Must have confidence to present and lead meetings- Upholds professionalism, ethics, integrity, and company values- Committed to help shape an engaging work environment through a positive attitude/disposition**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**:**Change Management - Stakeholder and Communications****Execution of Change Management Plans and activities such as**:- Communication Plans- Engagements with Change Agent Network- Production and Release of Communication Materials
