STAFF - BUILDINGS & GROUNDS

 

Qualifications:
Graduate of any course (Bachelor's degree holder)

Has basic knowledge in Administrative and Clerical Functions, Computer Literacy

At least One to Two (1-2) years of experience in administrative & clerical work functions

Responsibilities:
Monitors the reservations of company's condominium and staff houses.

Supports the physical inventory audit of all company's staff houses

furniture and pertaining equipments.Facilitates scheduling of the in-house messengerial services for Monark Offices.

Process the necessary travel & booking requirements of co-employees.

Administers petty cash disbursements to support the daily operations of the designated section.

Processes the purchase requisition (PR) to provide needed supplies and materials needed for Buildings & Grounds projects.

Assist in the preparation, coordination and set-up of logístical requirements for all related company activities.

Maintains proper storage of files and ensure proper documentation to maintain its completeness and accuracy.
