In your new role you will: Responsible to lead and manage escalation and facilitate discussion among all parties Responsible to setup effective indicators, monitoring and driving improvement on quality and yield Responsible for 1st level analysis of critical DDM/ grey cases and execute early triggering to the team on deviation based on Assy and Test DDM.
Sustains and continuously improves qualified technologies in volume production with regards to stability, quality, productivity and yield Supports development of new technologies and ensures smooth take-over into volume production and integration into manufacturing environment.
Accountable and drive for 8D closure of FAR, MRB, DDM and SCAR You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Materials Science in Semiconductor Technology.
More than 5 years related experience in Semiconductor Assembly Manufacturing background.
Posses knowledge and skills in manufacturing process & some equipment knowledge.
Possess knowledge of Systematic Problem Solving methodology e.g.
8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, FTA, Fish Bone Good knowledge and skills in production area; able to communicate with different level of staffs.
