Responsible for improvement and sustenance of Assy (FOL to EOL2) quality and yield at targeted level by analyzing, monitoring, and outline strategic and focus projects for technical team.In your new role you will: Responsible to lead and manage escalation and facilitate discussion among all partiesResponsible to setup effective indicators, monitoring and driving improvement on quality and yieldResponsible for 1st level analysis of critical DDM/ grey cases and execute early triggering to the team on deviation based on Assy and Test DDM.Sustains and continuously improves qualified technologies in volume production with regards to stability, quality, productivity and yieldSupports development of new technologies and ensures smooth take-over into volume production and integration into manufacturing environment.Accountable and drive for 8D closure of FAR, MRB, DDM and SCARYou are best equipped for this task if you have:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Materials Science in Semiconductor Technology.More than 5 years related experience in Semiconductor Assembly Manufacturing background.Posses knowledge and skills in manufacturing process & some equipment knowledge.Possess knowledge of Systematic Problem Solving methodology 8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, FTA, Fish BoneGood knowledge and skills in production area; able to communicate with different level of staffs.First level reliability (Knowledge of various failure modes, knowledge of application and respective reliability requirements and test standards)BenefitsWide range of training offers & planning of career developmentInternational assignmentsDifferent career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual ContributorExempt working hours are flexible within core hours (9am-12pm & 2pm- Home office options for certain tasks or due to personal circumstances.
