Staff Engineer Process Test

Responsible for process quality on equipment/process levelIn your new role you will:Responsible for self contain improvement in responsible package lineEnsure KPIs are met especially on the FAR, Yield (Mech) and DDM.Initiate monitoring, improving, analyzing and in control processes and materials.Trouble shoot and diagnose difficult, infrequent problems with processEstablish, review and update FMEA, Process Specs, Process Flow, Work Instruction and OJTIs.Support in machine buy0ff (repeat order only)Establish and prepare briefing format to prevent line personnel from repeating mistake.You are best equipped for this task if you have:Bachelor Degree5 years related (experience in Semiconductor Test Engineering will be an added advantage )Coach and supervise technical specialists/technicians by assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals.Good communications and interpersonal skills.BenefitsWide range of training offers & planning of career developmentInternational assignmentsDifferent career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual ContributorExempt working hours are flexible within core hours (9am-12pm & 2pm- Home office options for certain tasks or due to personal circumstances.
