Responsible for establishing standard time; plant layout; material standard; headcount standard, productivity improvement programs, cost model and IE data managementIn your new role you will:Conduct standard validations, time studies, method studies, data collection to determine IE standard and productivity improvementStudy operations sequence, material flow, labor utilization and cost analysis to promote manufacturing efficiencyApply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements and production standardDrive process improvements and work within a team to resolve problemsUpdate / review / maintain of IE database (iBID, iTFM)Draft and design layout of equipment, materials and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computerYou are best equipped for this task if you have:Preferable Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering4 years of related semiconductor assembly experience in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing EngineeringExperience in work study, plant layout, material standard and headcount modelingExcellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact with individuals at various levels of the organizationHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple and concurrent prioritiesGood analytical skills, communication and presentation skillsBenefitsWide range of training offers & planning of career developmentInternational assignmentsDifferent career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual ContributorExempt working hours are flexible within core hours (9am-12pm & 2pm- Home office options for certain tasks or due to personal circumstances.
