Sso Data Analyst

Acquire BPO, an award-winning global outsourcer, is looking for a talented SSO Data Analyst. The role aims to bridge the sales operations and analytics support gap, enabling efficient and optimized business operations through comprehensive reporting and analysis. The team works closely with global and regional leads to achieve these goals.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities: Collaborate with vendor leadership to identify opportunities in the sales funnel and use data analytics to implement solutions. Build and maintain vendor dashboards for transparency on metrics. Develop capacity planning models to optimize SLA and manage staffing for multiple geographies. Partner with vendor leads to set quarterly sales targets. Conduct strategic deep dives into vendor underperformance to identify inefficiencies. Align with GTM Analytics to ensure metric definitions are up-to-date. Manage and improve vendor reporting processes focusing on KPIs. Collaborate with data engineering to enhance data structures.
