The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the End-to-End Hiring process for all tracks assigned and ensures the timely and effective completion of the client's hiring requirements as per agreed hiring process and turnaround time.
This person is responsible for the process for all open tracks. The wide range of activities includes, but not limiting to: placing job ads, making call-outs, scheduling interviews, conducting behavioral interviews, client communication, placement etc.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
End-to-End Hiring
A) Sourcing:
• Addresses the requests / inquiries of hiring manager/s in a timely manner
• Conducts regular calibration sessions with hiring managers, if requested to, to ensure alignment in terms of profile
• Creates and updates job postings on Company's website and different job portals
• Where needed develops under guidance of the Sourcing Manager, effective sourcing channels as well as new ones in order to gain access to new labor pools;
• Screens all applications received from various sourcing initiatives and ensure to meet the credentials and qualifications, appropriate skills and knowledge, and experiences of candidates required per position
B) Recruitment:
• Ensures regular endorsement of candidates to the hiring manager for review
• Facilitates the hand off process and communicates updates on new hires to stakeholders (Operations and Human Resources)
• Regularly communicates hiring updates to the hiring manager
• Generate employment contracts and conducts Job Offer
• Facilitates other client-specific tests / processes
• Reviews / implements / manages recruitment tools and processes assigned
• Provides regular updates to stakeholders
C) Other
• Keep updated on industry trends and practices pertaining to sourcing and recruitment. This includes primarily competitor intelligence, and make recommendations based on these information
• Performs other duties as may be assigned either in support of divisional / departmental goal attainment or for his personal and professional training, education or development as programmed by superiors. This includes, but shall not be limited to paper- and phonescreening, making call-outs, scheduling candidates etc.
• Ensures that data in Microstatus or where requested spreadsheets for the tracking of the hiring process are timely and accurately updated.
• Utilizes the data gathered / reports generated, experience gained to establish recommendations to improve the process

Qualifications:
• Relevant BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 year experience with employment and recruitment operations
• Must have knowledge and experience in recruitment of various positions in the Philippines for the call center/BPO industry
• Familiarity with all human resource areas specifically, recruitment and sourcing / marketing
• Familiarity working in fast-moving, dynamic working environment/industry
• Good interpersonal relationship skills with employees at all levels – management and rank-and-file
• Good quantitative and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Good verbal, written communication and presentation skills
• Good planning, organizational and coordination skills
• General working knowledge of various software applications such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to process a high volume of detailed work in a short time frame and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Good analytical problem solving and decision-making skills
