Qualifications
3 years of business experience as a senior level Industry practitioner or management consultant with a prime consulting firmMust have proficiency in end-to-end supply chain processesExcellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to create and deliver formal business presentations. Proven ability to engage on a peer-to-peer level with C-level executives.Must have worked / consulted within Retail / CPG / B2B manufacturing industry for at least 4 years and consulted with several clientsConsultative and value-based solution selling expertiseAbility to drive innovative transformation to deliver competitive advantage for the clientStrong management consulting skillsOutstanding interpersonal skills with ability to establish good relationships with key contacts at prospect, customer, and partner organizationsStrong leadership skills: ability to manage cross-functional team and work with senior managementAbility to benchmark customers for supply chain best practices, innovation, and business resultsWell organized and consistently meets commitments
Work Arrangement
Location: Makati City
Work shift: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm - compressed work week schedule (9 hours of work + 1 hour lunch break)
Work set-up: Hybrid but for the 1st 4 months, the candidate is required to report on-site to transition into the role
