Meet the team:
At the crossroads where operational excellence, continuous improvement, HR, and talent acquisition come together sits the Global TA Operations team, ready to empower Dexcom TA through consistent practices, effective procedures, and optimized processes. As the name suggests, TA Ops is the operational arm of TA, providing support and guidance related to Talent Acquisition programs and projects.

Where you come in:
Lead regional and global projects which directly impact TA policies, procedures, and processes; often working with HR, IT, Legal, and other cross functional stakeholders and teams.
You will partner with internal and external teams to provide support to TA systems (Workday, Eightfold, Fieldglass, etc.). This includes everything from daily troubleshooting activities to the design, testing, and implementation of new or existing systems.
Help oversee Dexcom's global contingent worker program, including system management tasks in Workday.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and/or annual reporting and audit activity for TA.
Drive the design and deployment of new or improved trainings and resources for TA, hiring leaders, and/or other end users across Dexcom.
You help identify continuous improvement opportunities for the TA project roadmap.

What makes you successful:
Your background in full life cycle recruiting and project management experience.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Your strong experience with HCMS and ATS systems, preferably Workday.
You are proficient in MS Excel and Smartsheet.
You may have Tableau experience, which would be helpful but not required.

Experience and Education Requirements:
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of related experience.

Remote Workplace:Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
