Sr. Project Manager

Theprimary role of the Senior Project Manager is to plan construction projects,and oversee progress in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Senior ProjectManager is responsible for the overall budgeting, organization, implementation,and scheduling projects.
Job Responsibilities: -Supervision and oversightdirecting construction projects from beginning to end. Review the project plansand specifications, building design and scheduling
- Handle the overall projectfinances including reviewing and managing the budget and tracking expenses
- Coordinates with Superintendentto oversee all onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance withbuilding and safety regulations
- Expose in multiple projectsmanagement in the construction industry
-Exposure in the projectinspection, compliance and construction standards and others
- Verify and review submittalmanagement, i.e., log, submittal packages, and distribution.
- Review jobsite setup withSuperintendent
- Review material tracking andinventory log
- Review and maintain changeorder management
- Manage requisitions – compile& review, submit to owner, track payment, approve subcontractor payments
- Manage project closeout
- Prepare internal and externalreports
Qualifications: ·Bachelor's degree in CivilEngineering, construction management, or relevant field
·Must be Licensed Civil Engineer
·Microsoft Office skills
·At least 8 – 12 years ofconstruction management or relevant experience.
