DescriptionWe're looking for a Project Engineer who will be taking ownership of exciting projects, covering mainly our store opening/renovation/expansion projects among others! They will be responsible for end-to-end project management and coordinating with multiple stakeholders and partners to execute plans & projects.

Job Responsibilities: Conducts project supervision, monitoring, and inspection.Prepares feasibility study of projects which entails gathering necessary data, internal coordination with involved departments, and liaising with external resources.Conducts site visits and ocular inspections of soon-to-open and existing stores and facilities.Reviews design and layout of the projects and provides necessary inputs.Coordinates with appropriate contractors on the design of the project such as Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Structural, and Architectural designers.Prepares final design plans with BOQ and accredits appropriate contractors and bidding of quotations with due approval.Ensures the timely delivery of complete project requirements in order to meet project deadlines.Creates progress reports and regularly provides updates to stakeholders.Conducts punch listing for proper turnover together with project partners.Prepares requisitions of necessary items, requests for payment, and work completion reports and endorses to Project Head and Top Management.Regularly coordinates with Contractors, Project Management Head, and Support & Operations Team.Prepares necessary permits and plans needed.Coordinates with point persons on environmental permit requirements and WWTP plans.Liaises with local government agencies in order to meet regulatory requirements.Performs other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the immediate head.RequirementsMust be a Licensed Electrical EngineerHas 3-5 years of restaurant fit-out project management experience on the contractor sideAbility to drive is an advantageWorking knowledge of MEPFS plansHaving a certification in Project Management is an advantageProficient with CAD, MS Office, and Instant Messaging applicationsCompany InformationMary Grace Foods Inc HR Officer
