General Description: This role is a general operation analyst role. Work will vary across different clients. There will be some focus on operational and financial management. This would include building contracts, submitting contracts for legal approvals, submitting financial information into the CRM system, building operational reports like productivity reports, preparing general financial views. In addition, the person will work on client operational metrics such as SLA reporting. For these reasons, a background in financial processes is helpful. Very good excel skills are critical, including excel based financial reporting. Good communication and leadership skills are essential.
Responsibilities Prepare client contracts from templates and submit for legal approval Submit financial information to CRM system and follow-up on related invoicing with finance team. Prepare operational reports including client SLA reporting Prepare staffing utilization reporting. Prepare general financial views for the department Billing & Invoicing in Salesforce Competency Requirements Background in financial processes and concepts desirable. Proficiency in MS-Office, Word, and Outlook. Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting very helpful.
