Sr. Manager Testing Services

Details of the offer

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of software testers and quality assurance professionals.
• Develop and implement testing strategies, plans, and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Continuously improve the testing process.
• Establish and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of the testing process.

Required Skills:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Experience in agile development methodologies is preferred.
