Responsibilities
• Manage IT Compliance requirements for a distributed company• Collaborate with all functions to address IT Compliance needs• Provide Program-level reporting• Identify and maintain IT department requirements for compliance and privacy standards• Coordinate evidence collection and support audits• Keep abreast of changing regulatory requirements• Prioritize improvements and conduct compliance projects
Requirements
• 1-2 years of risk and compliance experience• Experience in managing policy exceptions• Experience communicating effectively across business and technical boundaries• Ability to work independently• Proficiency in writing reports and technical documentation• Able to communicate with all levels of staff and management• Detail-oriented and organized• Knowledge of audit standards and practices• Proven experience with internal and external audits• 3+ years direct experience in compliance, information security, IT audit, or risk management• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience• Familiarity with security compliance frameworks and best practices
