Key Accountabilities
Reinforces / promotes awareness & monitors compliance to the code of conduct and implements corrective measures to rule violators to maintain discipline in the workplace.
Tasks/Activities:
? Educates all employees on the company rules and regulations to guide them on all expected norms of conduct
? Facilitates implementation of standard disciplinary due process/procedure in processing rule violators:
a. Conduct of Preliminary Investigations and determination of probable cause
b. Writing and serving of Show Cause Memo/Written Explanation to erring employees
c. Investigating and collating documentary and testimonial evidences from witnesses that is material in the case
d. Conduct and evaluation of case hearings
e. Writing and serving of disciplinary memos to erring employees after full case evaluation and analysis based on alleged violations committed.
? Analyzes and evaluates root causes of violation patterns and trends and recommends preventive measures that can be implemented thereto
? Directly coordinates with the departments supervisors/heads/managers of employees with disciplinary
issues for proper assistance coaching at work
? Prepares and submits Labor Relations Reports on time Ad Hoc
? Prepares and serves Resignation Acceptance to approved or accepted resignations from employees
? Routes, processes & validates Separation /Clearance and Release Forms. Directly coordinates with Accounting Department for processing of final accounts.
? Conducts and documents exit interviews to outgoing employees.
? Prepares and submits Monthly Separated List

Tasks/Activities:
? Establishes connections with a pool of possible internal and external networks. Initiates and leads screening and qualification
process to establish official set of networks according to target ratios

? Validate issues in liaison with employee relations staff. Collaborates and recommends solutions to such identified issues.
? Collaborates with admin department, whenever so required,pertaining to monitoring and resolving security risks and/or when

Academic Qualifications:
Graduate of any four (4) business or management course

Experiences (years):
Minimum (1) year related experience in employee relations,
grievance handling and communication programs
