Gaisano Brothers Merchandising, Inc. a household name in the retail industry operating for 53 years with branches in Colon, Country Mall and in some provinces of Cebu and its? affiliate, a leading Food Group company specializing in Chinese Cuisine is in need of:
 

SR. HR MANAGER

 

Primarily responsible for directing and coordinating all the Human Resource Activities of the different branches.

Develops and implements HR strategies to ensure the company is hitting its? targets

Designs programs that would translate to employees behavioral changes that would impact organizational performance positively

Acts as coach & mentor to business leaders

Manages the recruitment and selection processes

Supports business needs through the development & engagement of personnel

Analyzes wage and salary reports

and data to determine competitive compensationSpearheads and runs the Performance Management Program

Leads the team in proper documentation and accurate record keeping of employees files

Implements company?s employee discipline system in coordination with stakeholders

Oversees the day to day transactions of the Admin and General Services group

Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or relevant field.

Minimum of two (2) two years professional experience in handling HR leadership role in a retail setting

Extensive exposure in all HR facets

Must possess above average communication and presentation & analytical skills

Can devise ways to streamline processes
