SR. HR MANAGER Responsibilities: Ensuring employees follow all policies and proceduresRecruitment Strategy Formulation and supervision of the company's hiring processAssessing reports provided by the HR team, team leaders and operations managers to determine employee performance and training needsSuggesting changes in policies and procedures based on employee and company needsResearching compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies in order to create salary structures and administer employee benefitsCreating recruitment plans,interview schedules and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labor lawsSupervising all HR activities, communications, reports, requests and documents created and received by the teamAttending interdepartmental meetings with other managersOverseeing exit interviews and proceduresResponsible in labor and employee relations ? serve as liaisons between employees and management, part of dispute resolutions committee, direct employee health and safety programImplementing effective systems and processes for employee benefits, payroll and timekeepingOversee the whole operation
