We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of HR Business Partnering to support our Global Sales and Marketing organizations. This leader will serve as a trusted advisor, driving people strategies that align with business goals. The role involves shaping organizational design, talent development, and culture transformation while fostering an inclusive and high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Partnership
Act as a strategic advisor to Sales and Marketing senior leadership.
Collaborate on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Influence business decisions with data-driven insights and HR best practices.
Talent Management & Development
Lead talent review and performance management processes.
Drive career development initiatives and leadership coaching.
Champion employee engagement and retention strategies.
Organizational Development & Culture
Shape culture initiatives aligned with company values and business goals.
Lead change management efforts during business transformations.
Partner with DEI leaders to drive inclusive hiring and talent practices.
HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with global labor laws and company policies.
Collaborate with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development on key programs.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with discretion and fairness.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including global HRBP leadership.
Expertise in partnering with Sales and Marketing functions.
Proven track record of driving talent and culture strategies in a high-growth, global environment.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a data-driven mindset.
Ability to influence and build credibility with executive leaders.
Exceptional communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.
