We are looking for a Sr. Group Lead to oversee operations management in support functions for an Airlines and Travel account. The role involves ensuring smooth operational processes, guiding a team, and driving performance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
ResponsibilitiesLead a team in managing day-to-day operations.Ensure compliance with operational standards and procedures.Collaborate with support functions to enhance performance.Handle team management, including training, mentoring, and providing feedback.Monitor key performance metrics to achieve company objectives. RequirementsAt least 2 years of college undergraduate, vocational diploma (2 years), associate's degree (2 years), or college graduate.4-6 years of relevant operations leadership experience, preferably in a BPO setting.Excellent communication skills.Experience in managing teams and working in dynamic environments.No job hoppers or freshers.Working Location: Cebu I.T.
