About the Job: Create, develop and Implement Facilities Maintenance Program. Implement safety practices to reduce or eliminate incident/accident from happening Ensure compliance with government permits as required by PEZA Ensures that Facility Equipment is operating efficiently, monitors efficiency and apply necessary action if needed to maintain efficiency at high level. Direct subordinates regarding activities pertaining to facility support group Ensure that plant and its surrounding area are maintained to its highest level of cleanliness Monitoris Facility Equipment Capacity and react with necessary action when approaching to 80%. Ensures availability of N+1 and Critical spareparts are maintained for system reliability.  Ensure that fire fighting equipment are in good running condition and are regularly inspected and tested. Generate and maintain the necessary Documents , Work Instruction, Procedures, Checklist and Monitoring log sheet needed for Facilities operation in compliance to ISO standards. Support in quality issues investigations and improvements / actions creation involving facility function Focus on Facility Mechanical Systems Improvement in terms of Capacity, Efficiency and Reliability. About You: Must have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer. Professional Mechanical Engineer License is a Plus. With at least 8 years relevant work experience in Facility operations, Machine maintenance and Mechanical process in the facilities of a manufacturing or semiconductor environment. Can communicate well and has good human relations and leadership skills Detailed knowledge of ISO ******** standards, systems Computer literate with knowledge in AutoCAD program is a plus.
