Responsibilities: Formulates merchandising strategies and oversees successful execution of all tactical site merchandising plans that will help to attain or exceed company revenue and profitability goals.Utilizes weekly/monthly reporting data to identify opportunities to improve sales and category performance.Ensures maximize sales potential and profit through manipulating product mix, pricing, margins, coloring, sizing, store distribution and delivery phasing considering historical performance, current brand direction and trends in the market.Monitors and ensures resolvent of order issues by working closely with customer service and warehouse teams.Maintains accuracy of product details on website and strategizes plans to maximize bestsellers, minimizes risks and identifies gaps in the market.Sources/develops new brands that are in line with the website positioning.Ensures healthy inventory levels and aging products and take action to bring them to profitable levels.Sets directions through proactive feedback on effectiveness of previous and current merchandise strategies as well as identification of focus, growth and exit areas.Builds on product knowledge and category expertise through familiarization with competitor and complement brands' product ranges, pricing and positioning.Leads business performance reviews with marketing team to share learnings and insights.Prepares product costing for approval on campaigns or other requirements.Sets up promotions and manages upload of products on website.Identify and support in resolving website technical issues with external vendors.Other tasks as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.At least three (3) to four (4) years relevant experience in merchandising, preferably in retail industry.Has advanced knowledge in budget, financial statements, strategic marketing and trend forecasting.With excellent skills in Merchandising Management.Analytical, creative and good in Mathematics.Has excellent negotiation skills.Amendable to work beyond working hours.Amendable to travel locally and internationally when the need arises.
