Leads end-to-end process improvement initiatives internally company-wide.

Data Analysis Solution Design KPI Design Stakeholder Management Project Execution Project Commencement/Hand Over Minimum Qualifications: Expertise in PowerBI, SQL, and Excel Background in Process Mapping Background in Process Engineering Six Sigma Trained (Certification Not Required) Okay with being an individual contributor At least 5 years of experience in business transformation/process improvement or excellence/continuous improvement Bachelor's Degree of any discipline Work Conditions: Full onsite work for the first 3 months, then hybrid after with 2-3 days/week onsite work in Pasig Travel opportunities within the Philippines depending on the projects being worked on Night shift (9:00 pm to 6:00 am/10:00 pm to 7:00 am, Mon-Fri) Observes the US Holidays
