Reports to a US-based Director with a dotted line with a VP based locally. Senior Manager Level, Individual Contributor Leads end-to-end process improvement initiatives internally company-wide. Steps covered: 1. Data Analysis 2. Solution Design 3. KPI Design 4. Stakeholder Management 5. Project Execution 6. Project Commencement/Hand Over Minimum Qualifications: Expertise in PowerBI, SQL and ExcelBackground in Process MappingBackground in Process EngineeringSix Sigma Trained (Certification Not Required)Okay with being an individual contributorAt least 5 years of experience in business transformation/processimprovement or excellence/continuous improvementBachelor's Degree of any discipline Work Conditions:Full onsite work for the first 3 months, then hybrid after with 2-3 days/week onsite work in Pasig Travel opportunities within the Philippines depending on  the projects being worked onNight shift (9:00 pm to 6:00 am/10:00 pm to 7:00 am, Mon-Fri)Observes the US Holidays
