\n What you'll do:Form strategic partnerships to potential business clients/partners to grow user and corporate account baseKeeps him/herself updated with competitor offerings and counter initiativesFormulate strong retention and growth programsPrepares weekly and monthly report as needed, reports to track performance and movement of partnersParticipate in training programs and other activities related to business developmentMaintains a general control filing system of all working papers, MOAs, correspondences, reports and documents for record purposes for easy reference and monitoringReports to management's attention any critical or sensitive client concernPerforms other functions that may be assigned by his immediate manager or supervisorActively participates in weekly meetings and reviews What we seek: Able to build and sustain relationship Ability to perform problem solving and decision makingCommunication and interpersonal skillsAdaptable in a rapidly changing job market needsDevelop know hows in conflict and stress managementProvide a high level client serviceProven skills in negotiation What you'll need:Education: Graduate of any four-year course, preferably related to sales or marketingAt least 3-5 years of working experience in the same role and industryProficiency in CRM program is a plus
