Project Management Understands Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) MethodologyDevelops project plansDefines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.Translates business requirements to the development team to meet the clients business needs.Preparing accurate and detailed requirement specification documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents.Communicating effectively with external clients and internal teams to deliver products functional requirements.Documenting the acquired results of analysis and workflows as well as obtaining sign-off from end users.Designing and executing the test scripts and test scenarios.Coordinating with the groups of business units who test, validate, evaluate new applications and functions, and determine issues in services and software.Managing any change requests related to the working project plans daily to meet the agreed deadlines. Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; and recommending actions.Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures.Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; and training users.Tasks In consultation with the executive committee and various department heads,Develop and recommends appropriate business process management programs and business process review strategy for the company. Implement the approved business process management and business process review strategy and report business process review results to management. Coordinates and organizes meetings with various departments as may be necessary in connection with any operational process review initiatives. Spearheads the review, update, and approval of the companys Standards, Policies, Procedures & Guidelines. Monthly reporting of key results areas to Mancom.Spearheads the ISO certification initiatives.Minimum Required Education/Professional Licensure/Certifications Graduate of a bachelors degree preferably in the field of industrial engineering.
