Sr. Associate Legal Counsel - Hybrid (46810) - Makati

Salary: 90,000 - 150,000
Mondays - Fridays, Once a week onsite every Tuesday, the rest of the week is flexible (WFH)

Qualifications:
? At least 8 years of relevant legal experience, with a focus on corporate and energy-related transactions and documentation, debt financing, tax, and M&A in the Philippines.
? Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the Philippine Bar.
? Preferably from the industry, with a strong understanding of Philippine renewable energy regulations, environmental compliance, and energy market structures.
? Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
? Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
? High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
? Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
