Unspecified • Purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets.
• Support the purchasing function and other relevant departments and communicate any supply problems which may impact on business operations.
• Act as an interface between suppliers and other relevant departments on purchasing processes and new projects and activities.
• Monitor and advice on any issues which present risk or opportunity to the organization.
• Provide analysis on costs, new and existing and review cost reduction activities.
• Work closely with others in the procurement function and review opportunities for continuous improvement and business improvements.
• Negotiate contracts, improve prices and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilizing negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods.
• Prepare and raise purchase orders and order schedules.
• Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communications.
• Ensure that a professional and consistent approach is taken in relation to all supplier relationships.
• Develop an efficient and accurate system for monitoring all open purchase orders.
• Deliver weekly purchase order report to management that indicates the vendor invoice number for all closed purchased order .
• Work with inventory management team to ensure all deliveries satisfy the assigned purchase orders and report any back-ordered or missing product
• Assist supply chain manager with maintaining proper inventory level of materials used in regular basis
• Established reliable lines of contact with management team to ensure that all field purchase are accurate has context menu
• Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.
Qualifications: Graduate of any Bachelors / College Degree, Administration/Management or equivalent. Ability to create consensus to ensure results from peers in cross-functional positions. Excellent time management and active communication skills Ability to manage conflict across multiple roles and teams. Knowledge of inventory management processes and philosophies, including MRP, SAP and JIT Proven ability to analyse data and successfully develop and execute project plans. Experience developing and delivering communications and presentations to both customers Ability to respond to common inquiries from customers Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact with leadership Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
