Sr. Admin. For Management And Maintenance Facilities

*Manage large and complex facilities such as office building and commercial properties
*Handle budgeting and cost control for facilities' operation that includes maintenance, repair, and capital improvement projects.
*Supervise personnel for smooth management and administration
*Ensure compliance of health, safety (OSH) and local/government regulations (DENR, BFP, LGU, etc.)
in managing facilities

Qualifications:
* 32-45 years old
* Graduate of Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering
* Registered Engineer (ME, CE, EE)
* Certified BOSH/COSH Safety Officer (an advantage but not required)
* Certified Pollution Control Officer (an advantage but not required)
* Minimum of 5 years experience in facilities management with at least 3 years supervisory role
*Technically skilled on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, security systems) and with strong understanding of space planning, layout design, and optimization.
*Willing to travel or be assigned in other branch

Salary Range: Php45,000-55,000
Area of Assignment: Head Office (Quezon City)
