*Manage large and complex facilities such as office building and commercial properties*Handle budgeting and cost control for facilities' operation that includes maintenance, repair, and capital improvement projects. *Supervise personnel for smooth management and administration*Ensure compliance of health, safety (OSH) and local/government regulations (DENR, BFP, LGU, etc.) in managing facilitiesQualifications:* 32-45 years old* Graduate of Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering* Registered Engineer (ME, CE, EE)* Certified BOSH/COSH Safety Officer (an advantage but not required)* Certified Pollution Control Officer (an advantage but not required)* Minimum of 5 years experience in facilities management with at least 3 years supervisory role*Technically skilled on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, security systems) and with strong understanding of space planning, layout design, and optimization.*Willing to travel or be assigned in other branchSalary Range: Php45,000-55,000 Area of Assignment: Head Office (Quezon City) Note: Disregard Province (Quezon)indicated to this job posting: No option for non-applicable Province requirement.
