Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology.
· Experience as Technical Support
· Experience in MS Access & Windows 2008-2012 server configuration
· Experience in SQL environment (MySQL and SQL Server)
· Experience in Linux OS
· Experience in resolving software/hardware issues
· Willing to work onsite

Job Details:
· Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues of clients.
· Diagnose and help configure customer equipment to server systems.
· Help non-technical customer to understand technical terms for troubleshooting purposes.
