Sportswear Fashion Designer - 55K Monthly

We are looking to hire a talented and innovative Creative Fashion Designer to join our team and contribute to our growing activewear brand.
The ideal candidate should have solid experience in fashion and garment design, a deep understanding of the production process, and be passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest trends in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Design stylish and functional activewear collections that align with our brand's identity
Create technical sketches, mood boards, and prototypes for new product lines
Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and meet manufacturing standards
Stay current with emerging fashion trends and incorporate them into design concepts
Oversee the development process from concept to final product, including fabric selection and production timelines
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure designs meet consumer preferences and market demand
Continuously improve designs based on customer feedback and market research
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a fashion designer, with a focus on activewear or sportswear preferred
Strong portfolio showcasing a blend of creative design and technical expertise
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
In-depth understanding of the garment production process, including pattern making and manufacturing
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in fashion, especially in the activewear category
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
