Sports Operations Specialist

Main Duties and Responsibilities : Manage the risk of monitoring sports gamesResponsible for updating the website content of the platformConduct data analysis and risk assessment for high-risk sporting eventsMonitor sports betting risks including event risks and player risks, effectively control low-winning-rate events and high-winning-rate players, and promptly handle relevant informationAssist customer service, business, marketing, legal, and other departments in handling sports risk-related user complaintsRegularly generate data reports, and provide improvement suggestions based on platform operations Qualifications: Proficient in EnglishBachelor's degree or above, any major, with at least 3 years of experience in sports risk controlPassionate about sports, familiar with sports dynamics, and attentive to sports events and related risk pointsFamiliar with local user culture, habits, preferences, as well as sports product features and platform operations
