Performs screening, evaluation, assessment, program planning, intervention treatment and provides home instruction programs for out-patients and in-patients.  Responsible in accomplishing speech therapy paperworks such as initial evaluations, daily patient notes, progress reports and re-evaluation. Maintains cleanliness of treatment area and equipment and ensures enough speech and language pathology (SLP) supplies. Maintains records and filing of documents of the unit. 5Performs other related duties as assigned by the supervisor. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree relevant to the job No required training No required experience Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility / PRC License How to Apply:
