**Description**:
Responsible for ensuring delivery of optimal training approaches and respective training solutions for GBS processes and their related computer systems.
The scope of Process & Methods Support may consist of creation, maintenance and archiving of training materials as well as conducting of trainings.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Ensure timely delivery of optimal solutions by creating engaging learning activities, compelling course content presentations, easy-to-read short instructions, knowledge repositories, interactive videos or picture stories.
Includes conceptualization of content and visual enhancements.
Provide consultancy on latest tools and trends in the learning domain and on the training approach to be followed, so as to deliver optimal training solutions that meet the training requirements.
Efficiently manages and prioritizes tasks to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements.
Act as point of contact for any trainings and business services related tasks.
Participate and conduct regular alignment meetings with all involved stakeholders (e.g.
Enabling Services team, business
process expert, and key/end users).
**Requirements**:
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design/Educational Technology/Distance Education/Developmental Communication/Multimedia Arts/Design or equivalent
Minimum of 1-2 years experience as Training Specialist or similar role (e.g.
Instructional Designer, E-learning Developer)
In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
Very strong interpersonal, intercultural and communication skills paired with a high level of customer orientation
Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities
Proficient in authoring and multimedia tools Articulate 360, Vyond Studio, Adobe Photoshop
Knowledge of SCORM 1.2, 2004 and AICC tracking standards, and ability to troubleshoot course issues
Experience with designing training materials, programs and workshops is an advantage
Experience of numerous years in the pharmaceutical industry knowledgeable in GxP would be an advantage
Several years of experience in global and cross functional project management is an advantage
Able to work on a shifting schedule
