In your new role you will:Provide daily operational support for global IT Finance applications.Manage incident and service order tickets by receiving, categorizing, prioritizing, and tracking them using the Infineon ticketing platform.Conduct problem management to identify problem trends, perform root cause analysis, and carry out basic code analysis to support Infineon's findings with data; implement corrective actions, and communicate effectively with internal and global team members and business users.Provide functional consulting to finance business users, driving innovative ideas and process improvements.Support periodic finance activities (including but not limited to monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly activities) and ensure the smooth execution of these activities for the supported IT Finance applications.You are best equipped for this task if you have:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.Knowledge in ITIL operational model.Minimum 2 years of working experience in IT, preferably with Finance application experience.Experience in PL/SQL programming to perform various operation tasks such as periodic activities, root cause analysis, consultation, etc.Proven working experience in troubleshooting and solving problems, providing high-quality customer service, and maintaining accurate documentation.Willingness to acquire broad knowledge about Finance applications, business processes, and supported applications.
Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently with teams from multiple departments to ensure the orderly execution of proposed solutions/tasks.
Good communication skills and teamwork.
