Key Responsibilities (5-10 bullet points) What are the responsibilities of this role? Operations Employee, who processes tasks related to the junior account openings for I) investment & II) variable savings products Main tasks include: Follow straightforward mandatory process steps to ensure that work is carried out to the required standards to protect the organization from risk. Escalate situations that deviate from the mandatory procedure. Capture personal data of Junior applicant from application form (Name, address, birth date…) Link Junior to legal representatives' data (if existing customers) or Capture legal representatives personal data and link to Junior account Check birth certificates, signatures and legitimation documents and WPHG declaration (IP only) Activate savings product and if applicable investment product in IT system Trigger delivery of mail containing relevant account opening documents & access data Communicate with 2nd level support at ING Germany if customer documents are incomplete or in case of escalation need (TBC) Ability to render overtime during volume surge / as needed Ability to correct the returned defective cases processed by the officer Ability to speak in German during Prozesscheck calls with DE Counterpart Ability to conduct 4 eye check to PH team as part of First-Time-Right approach #J-18808-Ljbffr
