Job Description
Performs data analysis and documentation of team business process
Support system enhancements, perform conversion test cycles (UAT/ SiT) and mass data load
Propose enhancements on process and systems for continuous improvements impacting team performance and quality of work
Work closely with Product Engineering, Business Units, Quality.
Manufacturing and IT for information to be loaded in the system
Hold and Conduct Product related meetings and update team on target goals and Project KPI's
Leading or supports an integration project
Collects and analyzes manufacturing data and process details to recommend actions for transition or migration and standardization and or finding a way on how they can be improved or automated
Responsible for data preparation, validation, and data cleansing for system readiness
Facilitates training or educating business users responsible for managing and operating business processes
Work with fellow Product Data Management team members and ability to delegates tasks Qualifications
Graduate of any bachelor's degree with an equivalent experience in semiconductor manufacturing operations
With at least 3 years hands-on experience in Semiconductor industry
Familiar with Manufacturing Execution system (CAMSTAR) is preferred
With good communication skills (verbal & written) & customer centric, works well under pressure and fast pace environment, assertive, passion for learning, achievement and excellence.
With good computer skills and proficient in MS Office Application
Knowledge of ON Semiconductor Data Management System and processes (AGILE, Oracle, DocServer, EDAC and MBOI) is preferred
Preferably with background in programming and relational database queries/ reports (knowledge in SQL is an advantage)
Has the ability to work with multiple functional areas and global locations
