Skills and Qualification:

Processing and preparing all inbound parts
Processing and preparation of spare parts requested by parts sales, service and repair and service center (all orders)
Receiving of containers
Reporting of wrong, lacking and defective brand new parts from containers that arrived, warehouse, and released brand new to parts sales and repair
Monitoring of pending spare parts requested by Parts Sales and Service and Repair
Weekly consolida
tion of pending parts and partially served for parts sales and service and repair
Daily spare parts pending orders from parts sale and service and repair
Weekly monitoring of outsourced parts for Parts sales
Assist CS Team inquiries
Process returned parts from dealers and store orders
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PPT
