Position: Spanish Transaction Processing Analyst

Requirements:
Preferably Filipino who is fluent in Spanish
Collections and Finance background is a plus
Proficient in both Spanish and English
Preferably Bachelor Degree Holder
SAP knowledge is an advantage
Willing to work in any of the following: Taguig, Mandaluyong and Quezon City

Responsibilities:
Analyzing data to predict future trends in demand for specific products or services based on seasonal variations or economic indicators
Identifying ways to improve the efficiency of operations to reduce costs and improve customer service
Investigating consumer complaints about billing errors or service problems with the goal of resolving issues quickly and fairly
Escalate issues and seek advice when needed
