Required Experience / Skills
> At least a Senior High School diploma is required; some college education is preferred
> Excellent Spanish and English communication skills
> At least 1-year experience providing product technical support in a call center environment demonstrating professional phone skills is required
> Knowledge of Windows applications (Microsoft Word and Excel) or similar software applications; proficiency preferred
> Demonstrating accurate data entry at a minimum of 40 words per minute.
> Phone sales experience is preferred
> Must be flexible with shifting schedule (24/7 operations) will support US, APAC, and EMEA regions
> Open to starting on November 11, 2024
> Filipino Candidates/Married to Filipinos/with Working Visas
