Customer Coordinator, Spanish Bilingual
JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle loan related customer inquiries over the loan servicing toll free telephone number for pre-foreclosure to delinquent accounts.
Appropriately follows up with customers when commitments for payment are not met Logs all borrower contacts into the loan servicing system.
Offer long term resolutions to customers to resolve delinquency
Proficient use of an autodialing system to maximize effectiveness and increase contact ratios
Required to make the prescribed number of contacts during the daily work schedule
Familiar with the customer relations functions and the services offered
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the department manage
Job Functions and Responsibilities:
*Handle loan related customer inquiries over loan servicing toll free number, provide accurate relevant information to callers/borrowers
*Assist callers with questions related to paying off the account, change of plans, inquiries related on borrower's Life Expectancy Set Aside (LESA) account
- Verification of borrower's occupancy, current property tax and insurance payments
*Add, change or amend information from the servicing system applicable based on conversation with callers/borrowers
*Accurately assess, track and respond to or escalate borrower complaints
*Proficient use of an autodialing system to maximize effectiveness and increase contact ratios
*Required to make the prescribed number of contacts during the daily work schedule
*Familiar with the customer relation functions and services offered
*Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the department manager
Qualifications:
? Open to undergraduates (College degree preferred) with 6 months BPO experience ( MUST have collections or loans experience)
? Must be fluent in English and excellent communication skills
? 2-3 yrs.
Mortgage experience

Work Schedule:
Night shift
Note: Stable Internet connection (50 mbps min)
Hybrid work from home model.
May be required to work in the office eventually
