Responsibilities: Greet guest with standard Mandara Spa greeting and serve guest with ginger tea and aromatherapy refresher towel.
Explain clearly the treatment and products instructions.
Following treatment, offer guest drinks and opportunity to purchase products used in treatment or other gift.
Handle guest' question and concerns professionally and courteously Smile, project a sincere, friendly and professional manner at all time.
Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered including up-selling or re-booking of treatment and retails selling Maintain professional standard in grooming and customer service.
