Sous Chef

This role will primarily be assigned in overseeing Sunset Grille Restaurant's operations.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Reporting to the Head Chef
- Work closely with Chef de Partie
- Overseeing the food preparation
- Planning and directing of tasks to the staff
- Disciplining the staff fairly
- Encouraging the line cooks on their roles
- Hands on at the kitchen department
- Doing the inventory and ordering
- Training the staff
- Ensure that standard recipes are being followed
- Must be able to step-up when Head Chef is not around
- Can do reports and costing
- Responsible for coordinating with dining deparment and any other departments concerned
- Must be able to do other duties as assigned by the management
- Must create restaurant/event promotions and packages with Sales and Marketing Team
- Must be able to plan, handle and oversee internal events of the company wherein food and beverage is involved
- Assist in any special projects or other functions as needed

**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
