Pay Rate : $800-1000 / Month Position Overview: We are looking for a strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be familiar with the recruitment process and all the administrative work related to the job and up-to-date with the latest hiring trends and tools. The main job will be to find and provide potential and quality virtual applicants and to work closely with the Recruiters involved.
Key Responsibilities: Support Recruiters: Help recruiters by scheduling interviews and assigning roles, and work with Team Lead to understand their needs for virtual assistants.
Understand Requirements: Learn what clients are looking for in a virtual assistant.
Write Job Ads: Create and post job ads on various job boards.
Find Candidates: Utilize all job boards by posting and strategically posting the each role depends on the timing and cycle
Screen Applicants: Review incoming applications and properly tag to correct JOB ID
Coordinate Interviews: Plot candidates directly to Recruiters calendar
Email Reminder: Send out email reminders to all scheduled candidates both initial and final interviews
Background Checks: Work with the Team Lead to complete background checks if there's a need.
Warming candidates in the pipeline: Keep in touch with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Recycle & Reach out: Reprofile candidates for other potential open requisitions and reach them and and discuss the new role
Administrative: Overall admin support to the Recruitment team
Qualifications: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other recruitment project management tools..
Familiarity with different job boards
Creative in posting the jobs on social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Good problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of HR procedures and best practices.
Ability to research and adopt new industry practices.
