Sourcing Specialist

Responsibilities:Ability to work in a high volume, customer-facing, fast-paced environment requiredHeavy experience with key sources for candidates and proven ability to develop a "network" of candidatesBe knowledgeable of sourcing techniques on social media and other sourcing channelsBe proficient with Microsoft Office applicationsHave above-average written and verbal communications skillsHave strong interpersonal skills and team spiritQualifications:At least 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment preferably from BPO, Executive SearchExperience in end-to-end recruitment process is a plusMust have knowledge in sourcing strategies/techniquesExcellent communication & negotiation skillsMust be willing to work onsite in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
