Sourcing Specialist

Job Description:

- Proactively source for applicants for the company
- Screen collated resumes based on the set qualifications
- Collaborate with recruitment team to identify each position's requirements
- Update failed applicants

Qualifications:

- At least 3-5 years in sourcing/ recruitment
- Good communication skills
- Amenable to work from home
- Amenable for contractual employment (5 months)

**Job Type**: Fixed term
Contract length: 5 months

**Salary**: From Php25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
