A. POSITION SUMMARY

The Sourcing Associate assists in executing all activities and initiatives for strategic sourcing to meet global talent acquisition needs for both shipboard and land-based staffing (APAC and Africa specific) at all levels. The goal is to ensure the organization consistently deploys the right people, in the right place, at the right time, at the most efficient cost, and to keep them fully engaged.

B. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sourcing Strategy Implementation:

Explores current trends and best practices in recruitment and staffing, ensuring the company stays competitive.
Ensures recruitment and sourcing efforts promote employment branding, highlighting the company's HR motto: "Great vacations start with great employees," to attract more candidates.
Collaborates with recruiters to develop global markets; partners with necessary teams to establish and maintain relationships with hiring partners, recruiting agencies, executive recruiters, and related sources to meet staffing requirements according to company policies and procedures.
Collaboration with Recruitment Operations:

Promotes feedback mechanisms on all applications processed (hired or not) to improve recruitment procedures.
Addresses and resolves application disputes or concerns immediately to maintain the company's image and sourcing effectiveness.
Others:

Ensures the company is prepared to staff new ships at all levels as capacity increases due to new builds.
Meets operational business goals and KPIs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree of any related course
At least 1 year experience in volume recruitment
Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 4 months
