Your Role and Responsibilities
The Sourcer is responsible for bringing in "best in class" talent into our customer's organization. You will be tasked with developing innovative and aggressive methods to source, evaluate, and pipeline candidates to support our client's hiring needs. You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Partners or Recruiters to maintain a clear understanding of the client's business and culture, as well as define the positions, functions and selling points for all positions being sourced.
This role requires exceptional sourcing and communication skills, both oral and written. You will consult with the Talent Acquisition Partners or Recruiters about any issues related to sourcing. Skill sets for this position include knowledge of sourcing techniques, demonstrated proficiency with the Internet, MS Office applications and applicant tracking systems.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Has a minimum of 4-6 years extensive sourcing experience Has Market Research/Insights experience Strong sourcing knowledge - Boolean, Google X-ray, etc. At least 4 years in a client management role working across a variety of stakeholders Knowledge in sourcing through different job boards and social media channels Knowledge in Applicant Tracking system Effective English Oral and Written communications skills Amenable to work Rotational shift Has RPO / Technical Recruitment experience
